About the role

Global Client Services for Interfolio and Pure are part of the Academic Leaders & Funders SaaS Product organisation. We support researchers, librarians, research leaders and funders, we curate and enrich research with high-quality data and analytics, and help customers address challenges at every stage of the research journey.

The Operations Coordinator & Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting the leadership teams across Client Services and Product Management. This dynamic position is responsible for delivering internal project management, data analysis, and operational support to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the Implementation, Product Management & Support, and Knowledge Management functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and brings strong analytical and project management capabilities. Success in this role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and collaborative SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal projects focused on process improvements, tool rollouts, and strategic initiatives.

  • Design and evolve operational reporting using tools like Salesforce dashboards and monthly reviews.

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and communication strategies.

  • Facilitate project meetings, track milestones, and proactively address risks.

  • Ensure timely, high-quality project delivery aligned with scope.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

  • Analyze implementation and support performance data to identify trends and improvement areas.

  • Support leadership with scheduling, presentations, and internal communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, data analysis, and operations support, ideally in SaaS.

  • Strong understanding of software implementation and product support processes.

  • Proficiency in data tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Power Apps.

  • Experience with CRM and project tools like Salesforce, monday.com, Confluence, and Jira.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and effective in fast-paced, global environments.
