Job Summary:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Calendar Booking Specialist at Automation Strategy Group, you will play a crucial role in qualifying prospects, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars to ensure a smooth flow of qualified meetings and calls for the sales team. Role is commission eligible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Identify potential clients within target industries and conduct research to understand their business needs and scheduling preferences. This includes setting up email outreach campaigns in ActiveCampaign and/or cold outreach tools like Mailshake.
- Qualification: Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our services before scheduling appointments.
- Appointment Setting: Collaborate with sales team members to schedule qualified meetings, product demos, and follow-up calls based on their availability and priorities.
- Calendar Management: Efficiently manage calendars to avoid conflicts and ensure optimal use of time for both clients and internal team members.
- Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to confirm appointments, provide necessary information, and maintain communication throughout the scheduling process.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, appointment schedules, and outcomes in our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and optimize appointment scheduling processes.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on appointment scheduling activities, success rates, and potential areas for improvement to enhance overall efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or in a similar role focused on appointment setting and lead qualification.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively and coordinate scheduling details professionally.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple calendars and prioritize appointments efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and calendar management tools to streamline scheduling processes.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding appointment scheduling targets.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $1000 - $1500 / month
