Sales Development Representative - Freight

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads through strategic prospecting efforts. Utilizing their established processes and tools, the SDR will play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities and scheduling Zoom meetings with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting: Utilize CRM systems, databases, and other tools to identify and research potential leads within the transportation, logistics, supply chain, and storage industries.
• Lead Qualification: Conduct thorough research and qualification of leads to ensure alignment with Gain Consulting's target client profile and service offerings.
• Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects through various channels, including email, social media, and phone calls, to schedule introductory Zoom meetings.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with prospects by effectively communicating Gain Consulting's value proposition and understanding their unique needs and pain points.
• Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and schedule Zoom meetings between prospects and relevant members of the Gain Consulting team, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of objectives.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in sales prospecting, lead generation, or business development roles required.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the transportation, logistics, supply chain, or storage industry is a MUST.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Technological Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales prospecting tools.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-Motivation: Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative in pursuing new opportunities.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and leverage resources effectively to achieve objectives.

Benefits

• Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
• Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
• Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $1000 - $1500 USD/month
