Role Overview:
In the role of Social Media Content Moderator at eJam, you will engage in online conversation with customers via social media channels to drive customer experience satisfaction. This position demands a dual focus: maintaining brand reputation on social media platforms and driving sales. This role is tailored for someone who is detail oriented, has good communication and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Support and engage with customers via comments and messages on Facebook and Instagram
- Monitor social media channels for brand reputation
- Summarize customers FAQ and feedback to the Meta team
- Escalate any major issues to the Meta team
- Gather information from colleagues to respond customer inquiries timely
- Participate in meetings with Meta team to stay up tp date
- And other tasks
Requirements
- Basic understanding of social media and social media management tools
- Good level of English
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
