In 1998, Kent Smith set out to make a difference in the IT consulting industry. Over a decade later, he realized that vision by launching Eikon Consulting Group in 2013. Founded on the belief that greatness is achieved when the right talent is in the right job with the right company, Eikon was built to bring a new dimension to the recruiting process. Kent's journey began as a Business Development Manager for a publicly traded IT consulting firm, where he quickly moved into management, overseeing strategy, vision, and recruiting efforts for major companies in Dallas, Texas.

To modernize this relationship-based approach, Eikon introduced 'Techie-Talk,' an innovative audio profile tool that allows clients to hear a candidate's communication skills and personality before the interview process begins.
