Key Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:
Dayforce HRIS Analysis & Optimization ▪ Assist in the module configuration, administration, maintenance, and continuous optimization of the Dayforce HRIS system post-implementation. ▪ Provide general and technical support for HR staff and employees regarding Dayforce functionalities, resolving system issues and helping users navigate the platform. ▪ Analyze system performance and recommend improvements for HR workflows and reporting. ▪ Management of Dayforce Release
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Develop and maintain dashboards and advanced reports using Dayforce, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Generate and interpret HRIS reports including benefits, compensation, attrition and others to identify trends and support decision-making.
- Provide insights on employee engagement, benefits utilization, compensation, and system adoption to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to deliver data-driven recommendations.
- Assist in preparing for a responding to ad hoc and annual HR audits including annual benefits to support regulatory compliance reporting.
- Assist with the management of compensation, performance and benefits as part of regular management cycles
Process Improvement & Compliance:
- Continuously evaluate Dayforce processes for efficiency and compliance.
- Stay current on HRIS best practices and general HR Operational regulations.
- Document system changes, training materials, and user guides.
- Work with HR and IT teams to ensure HRIS processes are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness within Dayforce.
- Ensure all HRIS and general HR Operation processes comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Stay current on changes in benefits laws and regulations, ensuring policies and practices are up-to-date.
General HR Administration:
- Manage module configuration including but not limited to Performance, Compensation, Benefits, including open enrollment setup and compliance tracking.
- Assist in the management of the open enrollment and performance processes, including employee communication, system setup in Dayforce, and troubleshooting.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Dayforce and general HR inquiries
- Assist in compliance and reporting of HR-related data, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations.
Skills & Requirements Education / Experience Required
- Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience with Dayforce, including system analysis and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency with Dayforce reporting tools, advanced reporting in Excel, Tableau and/or, Power BI
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Preferred
- Certifications such as Dayforce Certification, PHR or CBP.
- Familiarity with HRIS integrations (payroll, benefits, time tracking).
- Experience with administering employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, and retirement benefits.
- Familiarity with best practices in HRIS configuration and data integrity.
Specific Skills / Abilities
- Strong proficiency in Dayforce HRIS platform is required.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems integration, including payroll, benefits, and time tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and timelines, particularly during system transitions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support others.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

- Strong team player with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Occasional travel may be required.
