Position Overview
- The University Trainer is responsible for the creation and delivery of training and development programs to all eCW users.
Responsibilities
- Works closely the eLearning, training and certification teams to curate and develop online eLearning content for eCW University based training plans.
- These training may be used by internal staff and by clients for onboarding new employees and for ongoing education.
- Works closely with both SMEs and other internal teams to gather material and plan the course content for training needs for applications and packages supported
- Works with eManager developers and support to understand system and help with breakfix issues while continuously improving the learning platform.
- Assists in the design of training programs, classes, workshops, and Computer Based Training (CBT)
- and on-line help
- Work with other training teams to integrate eLearning into a live classroom.
- Delivers training programs for standard packages, productivity and reporting tools
- Involved in training needs assessment processes and vendor selection
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience working on the product in training/education role.
