This is a remote position.
About the Role:
- Attend and actively participate in client calls, taking detailed notes and tracking action items
- Manage project timelines, tasks, and deliverables using ClickUp or similar project management tools
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns
- Monitor and follow up on action items to ensure completion and accountability
- Prepare reports and provide updates on project status and performance
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and communication
- Support client management efforts by maintaining strong, professional relationships
- (Preferred) Assist with organic social media tasks such as scheduling posts or basic content coordination
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role within a marketing or digital agency
- Strong understanding of online marketing concepts and workflows
- Hands-on experience with ClickUp, Slack, and other project management/communication tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in client-facing situations
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset
- Experience with organic social media management
- Familiarity with reporting tools and basic analytics
