Position Summary

The Marketing Manager leads the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives across divisions. This role requires a deep understanding of integrated marketing strategies and the ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver measurable results. The Marketing Manager partners with the corporate marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with divisional leaders to prioritize and manage marketing activities.

  • Lead strategic marketing campaigns in partnership with internal teams and centralized marketing groups (creative, content, digital).

  • Provide strategic counsel and innovative thinking to support business growth.

  • Define go-to-market strategies and oversee campaign execution.

  • Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and reports.

  • Develop and monitor metrics and KPIs to assess campaign success.

  • Ensure all marketing deliverables align with brand standards.

  • Serve as a brand ambassador across all channels and materials.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Support promotional efforts including social media, email marketing, and external partnerships.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 4-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on strategic planning, campaign execution, and performance analysis

  • Experience in professional services, software, or technology sectors strongly preferred

  • Proven ability to develop and lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, and demand generation channels

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with experience presenting to internal stakeholders and leadership

  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing software; HubSpot experience preferred

  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent prioritization, organizational, and project management skills, including proficiency with project management platforms (ClickUp, Monday, Asana, etc.)

  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and managing competing priorities

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional and remote team environments

Work Enviornment & Physical Requirements

  • Work Schedule: Regular, 40 hours/week

  • Travel: Less than 10%

  • Physical Activity:

    • Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use

    • Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and sounds

    • Frequent repetitive motions with hands
