What You’ll Do
You will provide essential administrative and coordination support to help the marketing team achieve its outcome-based goals.
Marketing Calendar Management
Organize and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar
Track campaign timelines, deadlines, and deliverables
Ensure alignment across internal teams
Material Preparation and Distribution
Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, digital assets)
Ensure all materials are accurate, branded correctly, and delivered on time
Meeting Coordination
Schedule and coordinate meetings with internal teams and external partners
Prepare meeting agendas and document notes
Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups
Database Management
Maintain and update marketing databases
Ensure customer and lead information is accurate and accessible
Support targeted marketing initiatives with clean, organized data
