YOU WILL:

  • Support Finance and Account Management: Work closely with finance and account teams to understand their software needs, developing solutions that facilitate efficient operations and data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop our Invoicing Application: Utilize Scala and React to maintain and enhance our invoicing system, with a focus on introducing additional automation and efficiency around our business operations.
  • Build User Management Tooling: Design and implement a robust user management system and administrative tools.
  • Collaborate with Analysts: Partner with business analysts to understand business reporting requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
  • Focus on Automation and Efficiency: Lead efforts to automate repetitive tasks within the Business Operations team, reducing manual effort and improving system reliability.

YOU ARE:

  • A well-rounded engineer: You have a deep appreciation for engineering fundamentals holding over 5+ years of experience. You have experience with object-oriented programming, backend and frontend development, and generally building software that customers are delighted to use.
  • Experienced working alongside Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) teams. You are eager to connect the dots between software engineering and financial operations, helping us automate critical finance processes like revenue reporting and budget analysis.
  • Thoughtful about architecture: Your approach to software architecture involves careful planning and a deep understanding of both current and future business needs. You are experienced in architecting solutions that optimize performance and scalability in a dynamic business environment.
  • A visualization enthusiast: You are a data enthusiast and understand the value of visualization in communicating data insights.

In good faith our salary range for this role is $175,000 to $190,000 but are not tied to it. Final offer amount will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience, expertise, and other business considerations.
