We seek a Digital Commerce Marketplace Planner to support key aspects of our Digital Commerce operations including item level sales forecasts, pricing strategy, inventory management and forecasting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our supply chain operates efficiently and effectively, meeting consumer and customer demands and driving growth for the company in the most profitable way.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet consumer demand while minimizing carrying costs and stockouts across Digital channels
- Maintain accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales projections at the SKU level for Direct-to-Consumer and other Online Retailers
- Use forecasting models and tools to anticipate demand fluctuations and adjust inventory levels accordingly
- Manage the online product catalog, ensuring accurate product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and count size across Online Marketplaces and Direct-to-Consumer
- Work closely with eCommerce team and agency partners to understand inventory management across Online Marketplaces
- Oversee the Direct-to-Consumer strategy and execution of pick, pack, and ship operations, including the optimization of order fulfillment processes, at 3rd party logistics provider

You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, supply chain, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or inventory management in an e-commerce or direct-to-consumer company
- Proficiency in data analysis and the use of relevant software tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills and Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of inventory management software and forecasting tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, demand planning software)
- Hands on experience with e-commerce platforms including Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, iHerb and other online marketplaces such as, Walmart Marketplace and the latest operational efficiencies
