ResponsibilityDesign and develop critical architecture for staking infrastructuresDevOps engineering and team coordinationMaintain and upgrade critical validatorsUpgrade and manage SRE toolings and infrastructuresCoordinate with third-party partners for certain engineering tasksCoordinate blockchain ecosystems to maintain validators and necessary infrastructuresSwiftly respond to emergency eventsCoordinate with external partnership such as validator onboarding/offboarding and code auditingWrite documentation for DevOps engineering for internal and external use
QualificationsBachelor in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or other related majorEngineering management experience is requiredDeep understanding and experience in cloud / bare metal infrastructuresExperience in multi-party computation and signing infrastructuresStrong coding skillsDeep understanding in blockchain infrastructure technologyDeep understanding of blockchain development frameworks, such as CosmosSDK, Eigenlayer, Ethereum DKG, etc.Open source contribution in the past is preferredExcellent English communication skillsRust Programming skills are preferredUnderstand blockchain consensus protocolsUnderstand blockchain applications, smart contractsNear 7*24 availabilityStrong logicsProfessionalism and integrityDoraHacks is a global hackathon organizer and one of the world's most active developer incentive platforms.
