Corporate Development Manager

The Corporate Development team at DoorDash is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and executing M&A and investments. As a manager, you will identify and execute transformative acquisitions and investments globally that accelerate or increase the likelihood of DoorDash achieving its strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Have a Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years of relevant experience, whether in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, venture capital, management consulting or otherwise
• Be strategic, driven, and analytical with a passion for the local delivery economy and an understanding of the competitive landscape
• Be proficient in financial modeling, valuation, and broad quantitative analysis with a familiarity of basic accounting principles
• Have the ability to work effectively with cross-functional senior executives in a fast-changing environment
