The Sr. Marketing Data Analyst will be responsible to develop world-class marketing analytics that power the marketing team to make informed, insight driven decisions. The role requires advanced analytics capabilities using statistical and business intelligence tools, experience with data pipeline and warehouse tools, and a track record of delivering increased marketing effectiveness with measurable return on investment (ROI) and sales conversion and revenue improvements.
Requirements
- Degree in statistics, data science, business analytics, marketing analytics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and/or sales analytics.
- Track record of delivering increased marketing effectiveness with measurable return on investment (ROI) and sales conversion and revenue improvements.
- Advanced analytics capabilities using statistical and business intelligence tools (SQL, Tableau/Power BI/Qlik Sense, Excel all required)
- Experience with data pipeline and warehouse tools - DBT experience required
- Experience translating technical terms and explaining complex analysis to business stakeholders
- Experience working with B2B sales motion. (Account-based marketing experience is a bonus.)
- Knowledge of marketing data. Experience with analyzing data from Hubspot and Salesforce is particularly desired.
