About the Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join us.

The Senior Network Engineer / Team Lead serves as the senior technical authority for enterprise network environments, supporting LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN infrastructure. This role leads network modernization efforts, ensures reliability and security, and coordinates closely with compute, data center, and enterprise support teams.

Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience:

• 5+ years in network engineering (within last 7 years)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as senior technical authority for LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN environments
• Lead network modernization initiatives focused on reliability and security
• Design and implement operational network systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues
• Coordinate implementation across local teams, OneNet, and Data Center organizations
• Collaborate across network, compute, data center, and enterprise support teams

Required Skills:

• Expert routing and switching
• Firewall technologies
• SD-WAN
• BGP, OSPF, VLANs
• Cloud networking experience in AWS and Azure
• Experience coordinating with ICCB, DHS OneNet, and Data Center teams preferred
• Proven experience prioritizing outages, projects, and operational tasks
• Strong hands-on experience troubleshooting, maintaining, and supporting network infrastructure
