100% employer sponsored medical insurance
Dimagi pays 100% of health insurance premiums for employees and their dependents effective on the first day of employment and helps with your deductible through a Dimagi-funded HRA.
Paid parental leave
Dimagi offers 12 weeks of paid leave (for primary caregivers) and 6 weeks of paid leave (non-primary caregivers). Parental leave may be used at any time within 12 months and can be broken up.

Provided through Magellan this benefit includes a package of services, tools and resources to help staff and their household members meet daily challenges and get assistance for more difficult situations.
Home office stipend
A generous stipend for all employees to set up your home office that resets every three years. Additional expenses may be covered by Dimagi. Employees will be provided with reimbursement for home office equipment once every 3 years.
