  • Interpret and analyze forecast changes/trends to formulate and manage strategic deployment plans.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, and Datacenter teams to execute server deployment plans across global data centers, minimizing risks.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain to establish a 12-month supply view, address vendor challenges, and assess the impact of hardware version changes.
  • Develop and maintain capacity dashboards for monitoring and managing capacity shifts.
  • Provide support to Sales & Customer Success and Product teams.
  • Contribute to capital budget planning annually, quarterly, and on an ad hoc basis.
  • Create and analyze "what-if" capacity usage scenarios to support predictive budget planning and assess capacity impact.
  • Utilize data analysis to guide business decisions, prioritizing operational trade-offs and capital spending.
  • Condense extensive datasets to provide recommendations to a diverse cross-functional team.

What We’ll Expect From You:

  • Previous experience in a planning role, preferably within a web infrastructure/cloud company.
  • Proficient in basic computing concepts and terminology.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams to coordinate operations and activities across departments.
  • Intermediate understanding of accounting terminology.
  • Experience in managing data structures using Excel and SQL to generate reports and conduct analysis.
  • Ability to provide recommendations in ambiguous environments.
  • Interest in creating and optimizing processes.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Eagerness to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exposure to, or interest in, cloud services, data centers, networking, and various server technologies would be advantageous.
