The ideal candidate will have deep product expertise and strong communication skills to empower STEM instructors and ensure customer success with Möbius, a comprehensive solution for teaching science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).
Requirements
- Proven experience in EdTech with LMS/EdTech platforms
- Deep, demonstrable knowledge of LTI and API integrations
- Ability to systematically diagnose and resolve complex technical, integration, and institutional issues
- Experience owning a portfolio of accounts, monitoring adoption, and directly contributing to or managing renewal outcomes
