Leads the planning, oversight, and coordination of all portfolios within a domain area and facilitates cross domain alignment and coordination as needed.
Requirements
- Master's Degree or equivalent level preferred
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in field overall
- 7+ years’ experience managing one or more large complex technology portfolios
- 6+ years of experience planning 3 or more functional and/or technical portfolios within an enterprise with a combined investment of $20M+
- 5+ years of experience with Agile methodologies, including the use of backlogs to build capacity models
- 5+ years of designing and implementing best practices in portfolio management including Intake management, demand planning, annual planning, quarterly planning, and continuous planning
- 3+ years of technical program management experience
- 3+ years’ experience working within a product driven organization and structure
- Leader in portfolio governance, performance management, communication management and risk management
- Defines and tracks Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at the business unit level within the enterprise
- PfMP, PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification
- Experience and certification in SaFE methodology
