Portfolio Management: Initiate and lead the governanceand delivery of portfolio outcomeswithin a broad area of responsibility,using appropriate portfolio management methodologies to give assurance thatintended outcomes are identified and achieved.
Leadership and Direction: Identify and communicate the actionsneeded to implement the function's strategy and business plan within thebusiness area or department; explain the relationship to the broader organization'smission, vision and values; motivate people to commit to these andto doing extraordinary things toachieve local business goals.
Stakeholder Management: Develop and implement stakeholder engagementstrategies and plans across multiple programs and/or portfolios anddomains to identify relevant stakeholders, to create mutually supportiveworking relationships, and to ensure that each stakeholder has an appropriateshare of voice across assigned programs and/or portfolio(s) and domains.
Enterprise Business Analysis: Interpret the business need andidentify solution recommendations tobusiness problems at a business unit level.Lead the improvement efforts that are within span of control at this level.
Culture of Innovation: Lead the planning and dissemination ofinnovative capabilities across the businesses, helping people develop thesecompetencies and enabling them to innovate through solutions such as ideageneration platforms, jam sessions,and hackathons
Transformational Change Management: Lead the design of transformationalchange activities, and manage thedelivery of initiatives within broader changeprograms, ensuring integration with related programs ; use structured change managementmethodologies to drive acceptance of change and to embeddesired culture and behaviors.
Portfolio Risk and Issue Management: Ensure that risks, issues, dependencies,and constraints are managed appropriately at portfolio and domainlevels. Where risks or issues threatendelivery of the portfolio, developand agree recovery plans.
Ongoing Learning and Development: Act as subject matter expertin a broad area of technology,policy,regulation, or operational management for the team.Develop and maintain external accreditations and in-depth understandingof current and emerging external regulation and industry best practicesthrough continuing professional development, attending conferences,and reading specialist media
Program/Portfolio Planning: Lead the production and approval andmanagement of program and/or portfolio plans to ensure integration ofactivities across portfolios and domains, appropriately organized to deliver on definedobjectives, comply with the organization's approved methodologies, frameworks,and standards and compliance with the organization'swider governance structure and processes.
Reporting and Review: Lead the delivery of the portfolioand/or program reviews to ensure that stakeholders are able to evaluate progressand agree on change at appropriate points.
Continuous Improvement: Assess existing operations in area ofresponsibility,generate and implement new innovation processes toensure continuous improvements are delivered. Mentors junior team members.
Program Assurance: Lead the design and delivery of programand/or portfolio level assurance reviews, enable the delivery of assurancereviews by independent third parties, and ensure that appropriate actionsare taken to resolve any issues identifiedto give senior stakeholders confidence thatthe program can deliver to time, budget, and quality
Resource Management: Lead the negotiation and deploymentof annual and longer-term program and/or portfolio resources and budgets, providingforecasts and presenting variances with narrative at appropriate reviewpoints to ensure effective utilization across programs and/or portfolios and domains
Benefit Realization: Lead the development and implementationof a strategy to ensure thatintended business benefits are realized across multipleprograms and/or portfolios and domains.Proactively identifies incremental benefitgeneration opportunity areas.
Program Governance: Ensure that roles and responsibilitiesare clearly defined within area of responsibility,and ensure compliance with theorganization's wider program and/or portfolio management decision-making structuresand processes
Budgeting: Plan and manage budget for assignedactivities within work area
Program Risk and Issue Management: Manage identification of risks,issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with one or more complex programs or initiatives,escalating these where appropriate. Where necessary,develop, agree on, and implementsolutions to overcome these
Information and Business Advice: Provide authoritative specialist adviceto leadership on the implementationof policy pertaining to the design andimplementation of programs and/or portfolios as well as change initiatives
Data & Analytics Domain Expertise: Lead or contribute to data-focused initiatives across Data Engineering, data and reporting migrations, identity systems, and advanced analytics (including data science and LLM creation and deployment).
QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's Degree or equivalent level preferred
General Experience: Wide and deep experience providing expertcompetence(Over 10 years to 15 years )
Managerial Experience: Experience of interpretingstrategy and policyin order to setand deliver objectives withinmedium to long time frames (Over10 years to 15 years)

Targeted Pay Range: $135,000 - $170,000. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
