Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications or related field or work equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills – especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality when handling sensitive company and employee information
- Communicate clearly, both in written and verbal formats
- Demonstrate problem solving skills, including using data to drive resolutions
- Demonstrate the ability to balance of business results and empathy, through active listening, reasoning and analytical skills
