We are seeking an Executive Search Enablement Partner to join our team at DICK'S Sporting Goods. The successful candidate will play a critical role in enabling high-quality executive hiring and will have the opportunity to develop their skills and expertise in executive search strategy, sourcing, and candidate assessment. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience creating executive-level reporting, presentations, or recruiting materials
- Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI-enabled tools, including Microsoft Copilot and comparable technologies, to enhance recruiting workflows, candidate research, documentation quality, and operational efficiency
