We are looking for a N1 technical support technician or Helpdesk to join our team in a stable manner and in a 100% remote work modality.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical support on Google Workspace (at least 1 year)
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
- Proficiency in French and English (in addition to Spanish)
- Availability to work in rotating shifts
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly
