Client Relationship & Service Manager (Corporate Banking) plays a key role in retaining, growing, and deepening strategic client relationships. The team is responsible for delivering high‑quality client service while identifying and executing revenue opportunities across a portfolio of corporate clients. Working in close collaboration with Product, Coverage, and Operations teams, the function ensures seamless client experience, effective solution delivery, and alignment with internal policies and regulatory frameworks.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Originate, manage, and develop relationships with an assigned portfolio of existing and prospective Multinational Corporate (MNC) clients, acting as the Accountable Client Owner (ACO).
Revenue and Business Growth: Drive revenue growth by expanding business with existing clients and actively acquiring new clients. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the overall volume of business with the assigned portfolio.
Client Service & Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary client contact for day-to-day interactions to ensure high-quality service delivery. Proactively manage and resolve client issues by coordinating with internal support teams (such as Operations, Product, and Technology) to ensure timely and effective solutions.
Product Sales & Solutions: Promote, structure, and coordinate the sale of a broad range of banking products and solutions. This includes a primary focus on Corporate Banking and cash management solutions, as well as collaboration with partners to deliver Treasury, Investment Banking, and other relevant products.
Credit & Risk Management: Own and execute the end-to-end credit process for the assigned client portfolio in strict alignment with the bank's internal risk frameworks and policies.
KYC Ownership: Act as the designated KYC Officer (as part of the Accountable Client Owner role) for the assigned portfolio of MNC clients, ensuring all due diligence and compliance requirements are met.
Internal Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including Coverage, Product, Risk, and Operations teams both locally and globally, to structure and deliver optimal client solutions.
Performance & Strategy: Ensure the execution of all KPIs set by management for the assigned client portfolio. Participate in the planning, development, and implementation of new products and strategic initiatives.
Skills and experience:
Min 2 years of direct experience in Corporate Banking, Client Management, or Relationship Management, with a focus on corporate or multinational clients. A strong understanding of corporate banking and treasury products, with specific experience in cash management solutions being highly desirable.
Demonstrable experience with credit processes and a solid understanding of risk considerations; An established network of contacts within the management of MNCs.
Outstanding communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with a client-focused mindset essential for building lasting partnerships.
You are self-motivated and adaptable, with the high energy required to thrive in a challenging and dynamic market.
A Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Finance, or a related field. Native-level proficiency in Ukrainian and professional-level proficiency in English are mandatory). Knowledge of German is a strong advantage.
