Your mission
Are you a dedicated (Senior) Customer Success Engineer prepared to propel our products to new levels of success? As a vital component of our Customer Experience department, your mission is to establish a streamlined and effective workflow for delivering top-notch solutions to our customers. You'll collaborate closely with teams across Product, Engineering, and Customer Support to achieve this objective.
In this role you will
- Provide exceptional customer service by directly engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Investigate and design scalable customer integrations and solutions.
- Resolve Level-2 customer inquiries and grievances efficiently.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to address Level-3 inquiries and grievances.
- Offer valuable insights and recommendations to enhance our products and services.
What you need to be successful
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in the SaaS sector.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Proficiency in SQL databases and RESTful APIs.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both German and English.
