In this role you will
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and engage diverse top business talents, including passive candidates.
- Craft compelling job ads, engaging videos, and creative texts to capture the essence of our startup culture and the opportunities within.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and outcomes, following market trends and leveraging data to refine strategies and achieve targets effectively.
- Proactively source AAA candidates, establishing a robust talent pipeline of high performers across various business roles.
- Collaborate closely with our tech recruiter, providing guidance and support to enhance the overall recruitment process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment journey.
What you need to be successful
- Native-level fluency in German coupled with business fluency in English, ensuring effective communication with a diverse candidate pool.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in a high growth environment, with a track record of innovative and successful hiring strategies.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute novel recruitment campaigns.
- Excellent interpersonal and mentoring abilities, capable of working closely with team members and guiding them towards shared goals.
- Adept at data analysis and metric-driven decision making, with a keen eye for identifying trends and adjusting tactics accordingly.
- Passionate about sourcing and engaging with top-tier talent, including passive candidates, to build a high-performing team.
