Job Description:

This is a hybrid position where we require in-office 3 days a week in Plainsboro New Jersey.

Overview

This role is crucial for helping bridge IT with business and marketing. They will sit in IT and primarily collaborate with architects, engineers, business analysis and product owners and focus on improving adoption of Client investment in Adobe Experience Cloud products – including Adobe Real Time Customer Data Platform (RT CDP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Campaign, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Target, and more.

The person in this role is to identify, qualify and present opportunities to IT for incremental value and better practices. Success in this role means making a significant impact on the company's technology stack and improving customer experience through modernized delivery approaches.

Day In the Life

  • You will observe campaign performance for purposes of identifying and presenting refinements to IT and Marketing

  • Documents end to end marketing operations process to establish credibility when presenting quantifiable changes to process and associated value

  • You will create and own upkeep of process documentation to help marketing team and campaigns execution more efficient – inclusive of business and IT process, integrations services among applications

  • Identify Opportunities: identify, qualify and present opportunities to IT for adding value and improving practices

  • You'll define what "value" means in various contexts such as faster time to market for omnichannel experiences, labor reduction through automation, better customer experiences and improved campaign performance. Aligning this value with Client stakeholders is essential

  • You will follow established SOPs, inventing and simplifying along the way

  • Serve as point person for Client with regards to identifying / documenting root causes of incidents/issues in campaigns as they arise

  • Give timely responses to stakeholders on related tasks with guidance, i.e., as per standard operating procedures (SOP) and SLA

  • Meet business metrics and goals, i.e., and service level agreements (SLAs) production, and quality targets

  • Coordination and Communication: collaborates with internal teams and external stakeholders

  • Manages the troubleshooting of issues as surfaced during the campaign life-cycle

  • Supports the marketing tech stack

  • Campaign Execution: assists in completing technical steps to activate campaigns – including ensuring measurement is in place

What Is Success?

  • Success in this role is measured through several key metrics and indicators as follows:

    • Client adoption and utilization: increased adoption and effective use of Adobe Experience Cloud products by the Client

    • Value Creation: identification and implementation of opportunities that add incremental value. Improvements in omnichannel experience time to market, labor reduction through automation, and enhanced campaign performance.

    • Stakeholder Alignment: successful alignment of defined value with Client stakeholders. Positive feedback and collaboration from stakeholders.

  • Technical and Analytical Contributions: quality and impact of technical solutions insights provided. Successful integrations and optimizations of processes and interfaces.

  • Customer Experience Improvement: enhancements in customer experience delivered through modernized delivery approaches. Metrics such as customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention.

  • Personal and Professional Growth: demonstrated growth in technical skills, and interpersonal abilities. High-quality deliverables and contributions to the tech stack of the company.

  • Industry Experience: demonstrated healthcare industry knowledge including delivery experience in this and/or other highly regulated industries.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare or other highly regulated industry (either direct or as service provider)

  • 3+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Platform products such as RT CDP, AJO, CJA, or equivalent

  • 5+ years of experience leading business process / technology teams with Business Consultants, Developers, and Quality Assurance

  • 5+ years of experience in client delivery (technology services)

  • 4+ years of digital marketing experience

  • Proven results from driving measurable gains through people, process, and technology

  • Experience using financial concepts such as ROIC or other to quantify value of process improvements. Essentially using data to inform solutions and decisions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with marketing systems and tools involving email, SMS/MMS, web, analytics, and CRM for delivering omnichannel experiences

  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns

  • Experience in SixSigma or equivalent

  • Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis

You will be reporting to the CDP Delivery Lead.

Additional information

The annual salary range for this position is $94,000 - $152,375. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
