Your challenge:

As our new Product Trainer II, you will be a part of our Value Realization Team. Our Value Realization Team works closely with our Customer Success team members and acts as a liaison between Definitive Healthcare and our clients.

Here are some things you will tackle:

• Become a subject matter expert on our products.
• Provide high quality training for clients on how to use our products by taking complex ideas and making them easy to understand.
• Build a strong understanding of client use cases across verticals and provide one-on-one and group trainings for customers across all products.
• Partner closely with Account Owners to ensure training needs are being met and clients are satisfied.
• Own and conduct training rollouts by working with Account Owners and customers to customize plans based on needs.
• Aide in creating supporting materials to drive customer utilization and effectively communicate resources to the Account Management team.
• Provide quarterly reviews and coaching to the Associate Product Trainers. Assess the quality of the training and provide actionable improvement areas.
• Serve as a team resource for other Product Trainers as needs arise.
• Create and facilitate topic-based webinar sessions that provide training to a targeted audience of users.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience).
• 3-5+ years in corporate training or similar role.
• Track record of creating strong training plans and effective execution.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
• Communication skills that show confidence in public speaking.
• Ability to work both independently and with a team to accomplish goals.
• Eagerness and curiosity to learn and excel at established business goals.
• Self-initiative, while accepting and incorporating feedback.
• A positive, customer-first attitude, with lots of energy and enthusiasm.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and previous experience training adults is a plus!
