Associate FX Trader

Deel is a rapidly scaling fintech that is transforming how global talent connects with world-class companies. The Associate FX Trader will play a key role in optimizing Deel's global foreign exchange strategy by delivering best-in-class pricing and execution across a broad set of currencies.

Requirements

• Lead the selection and execution of optimal FX solutions across currencies, ensuring profitability in a scalable and controlled environment.
• Build and manage strong relationships with external counterparties, including banking institutions and key market participants, to support Deel's global financial operations.
• Provide best-in-class FX pricing and execution to Deel's global dealing floor by leveraging multiple FX providers and instruments.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to build the FX trading module within Deel's internal treasury system, including automated trading capabilities.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure all FX transactions are accurately captured and reconciled through system integrations.
• Design, implement, and maintain global FX and hedging policies to support risk management and financial efficiency.
