DBSync is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their SDR team in the Philippines. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, a passion for technology, and hands-on experience in SaaS and IT sales. They will be responsible for conducting outbound cold calling, researching and identifying key decision-makers, and establishing strong relationships with prospects.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a SaaS environment as an SDR, BDR, or appointment setter
- Strong perseverance and resilience to excel in a role focused on pure outbound cold calling without marketing support
- Near-fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with the drive to succeed and the ability to maintain consistent activity levels
- Demonstrates maturity, punctuality, and the ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to articulate value propositions, handle objections effectively, and establish trust quickly with new prospects over the phone
