Operational responsibilities as development architect:
- Back-end development best practices selection & documentation
- Setup of code analysis tools
- Full-platform architecture documentation
- Tech-watch on frameworks used by the team and potentially used by the team
- Algorithmic features specifications, implementation and documentation
- Integration with SRE / Infra lead & Lead front
- Software stability monitoring & assessment
- Software security assessment (framework versions, code practices, automated pentest)
- Back-end performances monitoring & enhancement
- Building a team of developers eager to defend the inner beauty of the platform
Operational responsibilities as fullstack developer:
- Features design and architecture
- Implementation with highest development quality
- UX Design
- Application Deployment & IaaS operations
- Scrum methodology involvment
- Feature proposal proactivity
- Technology benchmarks

Preferred experience
Must have:
- Minimum experience of 3/4 years in complex product backend
- Good understanding of database types, usage and configuration
- Advanced knowledge of secured development principles
- Business English : both written and spoken
- Soft skills: team player, positive attitude, communication with non-developers
- Passion for development & challenges
- Puzzle-solver mindset
Nice to have:
- International experience
- Agile methods experience or certification
- Experience with major CMS technologies (Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce Commerce Cloud)
- Natural Language Processing knowledge (NLP)
- Owning the Design Pattern book at home
