With a proprietary tech layer and an elite engineering team, they have perfected the "Performance-as-a-Service" engine. Now, they need a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel their expansion across the GCC.
The Mission
You will be the face of the company for inbound leads. This isn't a "cold calling" grind—you will be managing a high volume of warm leads generated through Meta and Google. Your goal is to qualify these SMB owners, understand their e-commerce pain points, and bridge the gap between their curiosity and a closed partnership.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify & Consult: Be the first point of contact for inbound leads, assessing their suitability for the commission-based model.
- The Bridge: Masterfully pitch the value proposition of our client's tech layer and performance marketing expertise.
- Pipeline Management: Own the top-of-funnel process, booking high-quality "Deep Dive" pitches for the Founder and leadership team.
- Market Insight: Act as a feedback loop for the product and marketing teams, helping refine the lead generation strategy.
Who You Are
- The Tech-Savvy Seller: You understand the world of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and ROAS. You don't just "talk sales"; you talk data.
- The Communicator: You are persuasive, empathetic, and professional. Fluency in Arabic is essential, and a background in the Saudi (KSA) market is a major advantage.
- The Closer-in-Waiting: You have 2+ years of experience in lead generation or BDR roles and are looking for a path to become a full-cycle Sales Account Executive.
- The Hustler: You thrive in a remote, startup environment where your income is directly tied to your performance.
