Technical Program Managers at Dandy orchestrate the definition, delivery and rollout of complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive industry-defining products and experiences for our customers (Dentists).
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, managing complex software delivery programs from conception through launch and optimization.
- Proven track record of successfully & rapidly delivering large-scale technical initiatives involving multiple engineering teams, product platforms, and stakeholders.
- Strong technical background with ability to understand system architecture, APIs, infrastructure, and technical dependencies.
- Exceptional project management skills with experience using tools like Jira, Smartsheet, or similar program management platforms.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience presenting to both technical and executive audiences
- Entrepreneurial spirit: Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, deals well with ambiguity and focuses on driving measurable impact.
