QA Customer Operations Manager

What you’ll do

  • Represent Cytiva as a dedicated Quality contact for specific customer accounts.

  • Develop positive relationships with customer QA contacts.

  • Co-ordinate the required Cytiva associates to support customers quality reviews.

  • Liaise with Manufacturing Operations, Product Management, Product Care and Quality teams concerning information required to support customer feedback.

  • Accountable for leading Quality Agreement negotiations with customers.

  • Ensure urgent customer quality feedback requests are managed timely & escalated as needed to relevant stakeholders.

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree qualified or a proven background and experience within quality assurance.

  • A proven background working in a regulated manufacturing environment.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and oral).

  • Demonstrated understanding or aptitude to understand QMS requirements related to ISO9001, ISO13485 and pharma GMP requirements.

  • Demonstrated expertise to effectively communicate within all levels of the organization around concepts of design controls, design verification and validation activities; production & process controls; Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA), complaints & risk management; & product quality improvement.

Would be a plus if you have experience in:

  • Strong technical aptitude i.e. able to read & comprehend technical documentation & execute procedures

  • Demonstrated collaboration, negotiation & conflict resolution skills

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, acknowledge, develop, communicate & implement a strategy under crisis situations to ensure compliance
