We collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to ship remarkable features and products. The Senior Product Manager, AI Transformation will lead cross-functional squads to deliver AI products end-to-end, evaluating and integrating LLM/GenAI capabilities into product experiences, and managing vendor relationships for AI/ML infrastructure, annotation, and model providers.
Requirements
- 10+ years in product management
- 3+ years leading AI/ML product initiatives in production
- Proven track record of shipping AI products at scale
- Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, fine-tuning, and evaluation frameworks
- Experience with conversational AI platforms and measuring their effectiveness
- Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous AI opportunities into concrete product specs
- Strong data intuition and SQL skills
- Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders on AI adoption strategy
