We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team at Creatunity LLC. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategies to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate traffic and sales for our e-commerce business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and traffic to our e-commerce website.
- Create and manage engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media campaign performance and provide reports and recommendations to optimize results.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in social media and e-commerce.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, e-commerce setting required.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective social media strategies.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketing principles is a plus.
