About the Role
We are looking for a skilled E-Commerce Marketing & Admin VA to handle social media marketing, email campaigns, and website content management across multiple ecommerce platforms. This role focuses on creating engaging content and ensuring backend accuracy to support business growth and a smooth customer and supplier experience. Collaboration with business leadership to align marketing efforts with strategic goals is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, design, and schedule social media posts and email marketing campaigns using tools like Canva and Mailchimp, targeting key audiences and new package promotions.
Update and optimize website content, product listings, and pricing on WordPress and Shopify platforms to guarantee clear, current, and precise information for customers and suppliers.
Rapidly incorporate new product offerings and package adjustments from suppliers, ensuring bookable links and seamless integration across all systems.
Work alongside leadership to synchronize marketing calendars, campaign goals, and supplier priorities, delivering weekly performance and content accuracy reports.
Use Meta Suite and Google Sheets to manage postings, data tracking, and automate repetitive tasks for improved efficiency.
Critical Skills
Experience in marketing support and administration for ecommerce platforms such as Shopify and WordPress.
Proficiency with Canva for visual content creation and Mailchimp for creating professional newsletters and email campaigns.
Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry and backend administrative abilities to maintain up-to-date, conversion-ready product information.
Effective communicator, collaborative, and eager to contribute to an enhanced customer and supplier journey, operating on Perth time.
Self-motivated with a balance of creativity and operational skills; capable of tracking results, resolving issues, and recommending process improvements that drive measurable growth.
Weekly Time Commitment
Social Media & Email Marketing: 4 hours per week
Website Content, Product, and Pricing Updates: 6 hours per week
