Digital Marketing Assistant

About the Role
You will provide comprehensive admin, marketing, client management, and tech/automation support to help grow and streamline business operations. This role requires a highly organized, creative self-starter with a project management mindset who can handle last-minute changes and collaborate closely with leadership. Experience with GoHighLevel, AI, and automation tools is essential to drive marketing outreach, client onboarding, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Admin:
Manage email communications by responding promptly and professionally.
Keep calendars updated and follow up on appointments with relevant parties.
Marketing:
Develop and implement systems for outreach and follow-up via email and message automation.
Send emails to new leads and networks, including follow-ups.
Automate text message sequences like Monday tips.
Write monthly blog posts using AI-generated content.
Repurpose existing content (summit videos, masterclass videos) for social media and YouTube posting.
Assist with calls scheduling or follow-up for prospective clients.
Client Management:
Create and manage onboarding processes using GoHighLevel or Google Docs.
Send contracts and Loom video instructions to new clients.
Manage Zoom calls including breakout rooms and file sharing.
Prepare client documents using Google Docs.
Tech & AI Automation:
Build and manage automation workflows for speaking gig outreach using Make.com or similar tools.
Continuously research speaking gigs and initiate outreach via email and LinkedIn.
Manage and optimize GoHighLevel funnels, workflows, and automations.
Preferred Skills & Qualities
Experienced and proficient with GoHighLevel platform.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with a Type A personality.
Creative, with a graphic design or Canva background, and able to ideate and share innovative ideas.
Excellent follow-up, follow-through, and problem-solving mindset.
Flexible, self-motivated self-starter who can take a vision and implement operations independently.
Strong project management skills and capable of managing last-minute changes.
