Key Responsibilities:
- Perform SEO audits using tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and SurferSEO (training provided).
- Format audits and reports according to branded templates.
- Maintain CRM systems (HubSpot/GoHighLevel) by updating leads and tracking client status.
- Prepare monthly client performance reports and dashboards.
- Conduct basic keyword research.
- Document and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in a marketing-focused environment.
- Excellent proficiency in Google Workspace applications, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Technically adept, with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and navigate new software and tools.
- Detail-oriented and dependable, with strong adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Understanding of SEO principles and hands-on SEO experience and context execution experience.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, and Perplexity.
- Proficiency in Canva for creating visual assets.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, including posting, engagement, and basic content optimization.
