About the Role
We’re seeking a dedicated Digital Marketer to lead content production, social media platform management, and affiliate platform oversight with a strong focus on strategic guidance and brand consistency. This role supports a dynamic, multi-platform presence including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LTK, and ShopMy. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and skilled in content creation and optimization, with a passion for maintaining a consistent brand voice and maximizing engagement across channels.
Key Responsibilities
Content Production
Generate and repurpose engaging content and captions including Instagram reels, stories, collages, carousels, and more.
Follow LTK best practices by posting 4-8 times daily to optimize algorithm performance.
Produce and edit at least 7 reels per week across four social platforms, totaling up to 28 reels monthly.
Maximize posts on LTK and ShopMy platforms to reach optimal engagement with up to 140 additional posts monthly.
Leverage brand kits in Canva for content creation and visual consistency.
Social Platform Management
Manage engagement, insights, and realignment on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Optimize profiles consistently for best practices, including profile links and Searchbubble Link in Bio.
Create and maintain seasonal and trend carousel content for Searchbubble with weekly updates.
Affiliate Platform Management
Handle affiliate platforms LTK and ShopMy ensuring strategic growth and brand alignment.
Strategy and Brand Voice
Develop a ChatGPT-based brand voice reflecting the personal style of the brand owner.
Provide overall strategy, direction, and guidance for content creation and platform growth.
Maintain consistent upkeep of profiles and content to support ongoing engagement goals.
