What began in 1996 with a singular vision to create a single-source disaster solutions company has evolved into Cotton Holdings, Inc., a global leader in infrastructure support services. Founded by Pete Bell in Houston, Texas, the company was built on the unwavering principle to 'never say no' to a client's needs. This commitment fueled Cotton's early focus on providing comprehensive property restoration and recovery services to both private and public sectors. The initial emphasis on exceptional service quickly propelled the company's expansion, first throughout Texas, then across the United States, and eventually onto the global stage.
