CoreSphere is seeking a Salesforce Project Manager to define, implement, and oversee project management processes for government agencies. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong leadership and communication skills, capable of driving performance and serving as the primary customer interface. The role involves project planning, managing stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Business Management, related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience at Enterprise-level Project/Program Management and Governance
  • Minimum 5+ years of managing end-to-end Salesforce implementations
  • Experience leading Project Delivery using Agile Scrum methodology
  • Ability to excel in a challenging environment and adept in dealing with counterparts with strong personalities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder and able to pass a Public Trust background investigation.
