CoreSphere is seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to deliver Salesforce initiatives within complex enterprise environments. This role focuses on Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS), requiring strong communication, requirements analysis, and stakeholder collaboration to design scalable solutions. The BA will be the bridge between business and technical teams, leading requirements workshops, creating documentation, and ensuring stakeholder buy-in throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, operations, and the technical team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, translate them into actionable requirements.
- Evaluate existing workflows and recommend optimizations.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies.
- Work with the Scrum Team to groom user stories and resolve team impediments.
- Define data migration requirements, map source fields, and establish business rules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data migration scope, quality standards, and acceptance criteria are met.
- Support testing, mock runs, and post-migration validation.
