As a Recruiter for Botnet in China, your role will be to attract, evaluate, and recruit talent for IT, engineering, and AI roles. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs of each role and develop effective recruitment strategies to fill these roles with highly skilled professionals.
Responsibilities
Sourcing and Recruitment
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills and potential fit with the company culture
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs and requirements of each role
Provide regular updates to stakeholders about the recruitment process and candidate pipeline
Requirements
Technical Skills
At least 5 years of experience in recruiting for IT, engineering, and AI roles
Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
Familiarity with China's job market and employment laws
