Role Overview: As the Lead HSSE Specialist ( Assurance and Risk) , you will spearhead our clients' global safety initiatives, focusing on cultivating a culture of safety and compliance across international operations. This role is central to enhancing safety practices and ensuring adherence to global standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of safety culture strategies.
  • Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify safety improvements.
  • Collaborate with global teams to align safety practices with industry benchmarks.
  • Report on safety performance to senior management.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years in HSSE roles within industries like Oil & Gas or Energy.
  • Expertise in HSSE Management Systems and international safety standards.
  • Relevant degree in Health, Safety, or Environmental Science.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong ISO Qualifications and background
