About the Team:

You will join a fast-paced, high-growth B2B Marketing & Sales team. We are a group of "operators" who value speed, high-quality aesthetics, and data-driven results. Because we are scaling quickly, our team culture relies on clear communication, process-oriented thinking, and a "Swiss Army Knife" mentality where no task is too big or too small. You will be the creative and operational engine that supports our NYC-based leadership.

The Role:

As a Marketing Associate, you are the glue of the B2B department. This is a versatile role designed for a tech-savvy creator who can move effortlessly between design, copywriting, and marketing operations. You will be responsible for making our Sales and Event teams look polished and professional, while ensuring our automation tools (Salesforce and Mailchimp) are running efficiently. You’ll use a mix of traditional marketing skills and modern AI tools to drive lead generation and brand awareness across North America.

Responsibilities:

  • Creative Production: Design and iterate on high-stakes sales decks, case studies, and one-pagers using Canva to support the Sales team in closing enterprise deals.
  • Content Creation: Write professional, SEO-optimized blog posts, LinkedIn thought-leadership content, and B2B newsletters tailored to HR and Healthcare executives.
  • Automation & Ops: Manage lead lists and email workflows within Salesforce and Mailchimp, ensuring our "flywheel" of communication stays consistent.
  • Digital Presence: Execute updates on our B2B landing pages and manage our presence on affiliate platforms like PerkSpot (updating banners, promo codes, and offers).
  • AI Implementation: Use AI tools to accelerate content drafting, market research, and asset creation while maintaining a human, premium brand voice.
  • Process Management: Follow and document marketing SOPs to ensure all "New Client Kits" and partner communications are error-free and delivered on time.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Marketing Associate or Creative Coordinator role.
  • Professional English Fluency: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (U.S. business nuance is a must).
  • Design Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Canva; ability to turn data and text into visually compelling stories.
  • Technical Stack: Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Mailchimp (or very similar CRM/ESP tools).
  • Modern Content Ability: Proven experience writing for B2B audiences and managing professional social media profiles (LinkedIn).
  • Operational Discipline: Extremely organized with a "no-typo" policy and the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience with Webflow for website management and updates.
  • Foundational knowledge of SEO best practices for blog and web content.
  • Experience working for a U.S.-based startup or in the Healthcare/Wellness industry.
  • Proficiency in using AI-assisted tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) to optimize marketing workflows.
