We are a remote team that builds a search and discovery platform for ecommerce, and we are looking for a Technical Integration Specialist to provide technical support to our customers as they integrate their websites and mobile applications with our platform. This includes onboarding support, API and library education, troubleshooting, and index configuration. As a Technical Integration Specialist, you will improve the ecommerce experience for hundreds of millions of users across the world and have the opportunity to grow and make a meaningful impact.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer support or technical support roles.
- Knowledge of REST-based web services, APIs, and integration best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented mentality with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer support.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
