We're looking for an Implementation Engineer to onboard lab integrations independently and at a fast-pace, and provide exceptional customer service to partners.
Requirements
- 3+ years of technical implementations/integrations experience
- Hands-on integration experience with HL7 and/or APIs
- Experience working in healthcare/diagnostics/labs or similar integration complexity
- Ability to troubleshoot using logs and evidence
- Ability to run partner-facing technical comms
- Ability to manage multiple implementations at once
