What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Canva, MailChimp, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Knowledgeable in using Monday.com
- Exposure to Real Estate workarounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
What will you do?
- Monitor incoming emails and respond promptly to inquiries from potential leads.
- Update CRM platform with new lead information and status updates.
- Initiate outbound calls to leads to establish rapport, gather information, and qualify prospects.
- Utilize email templates to send personalized messages to leads, providing information about our services and offerings.
- Follow up with leads through various channels including text, phone calls, and email to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Keep calendars updated with confirmed bookings and pending leases, ensuring all appointments are accurately recorded and managed.
- Ensure all listings are updated and active on relevant booking platforms (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO, Zillow, etc) to maximize visibility and bookings.
- Add new property listings on Hostfully and the company website, ensuring accurate and compelling descriptions.
- Develop and execute email campaigns using MailChimp to engage leads and drive conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to optimize lead generation efforts.
- Compile and send weekly vacancy reports to assess market trends and identify properties needing additional promotion.
- Assist with prospecting efforts to source new potential company partnerships.
- Respond to social media leads and tenant leads.
- Post property availability on social media.
- Help with ideas to generate leads and drive business development.
- Execute lead generation and follow-up plan, working closely with the Sales director.
- After training, show a keen understanding of the services offered so that you can confidently speak to potential clients and know how to direct them.
- Learn the rental inventory to be able to offer the correct properties to clients.
- Answer phone calls as they come in and provide information as requested or transfer to the necessary party.
- Keep CRM up to date with all client communications.
- Provide a daily summary of sales efforts and goals for the next day.
- Other tasks assigned by the management.
